Chief of Staff Inbox Pilot
This is a personal, single-user AI Chief of Staff system operated by Ahmad Kasem. Its optional Gmail feature reads one dedicated AI-tooling mailbox to add a small number of attention candidates to a private daily briefing.
What it does
- Requests Gmail read-only access for the dedicated mailbox only.
- Reads a bounded number of messages and produces at most three briefing candidates.
- May send bounded message text to a configured AI provider for synthesis.
What it does not do
- It does not send, delete, archive, label, unsubscribe from, or otherwise change email.
- It does not download attachments or fetch links contained in messages.
- It does not provide the AI model with tools, account access, or authority to take actions.
